R30: 30th Anniversary World Tour é um DVD que foi lançado em 22 de Novembro de 2005 no Canadá e EUA, e em 28 de Novembro na Europa, documentando o aniversário de 30 anos da banda. O DVD foi lançado nas versões comum e em uma versão de luxo, que apresenta 2 CDs de áudio do conteúdo do DVD, bem como várias entrevistas e seqüências ao vivo. Há várias “omissões” de músicas como "Bravado", "One Little Victory", "By-Tor And The Snow Dog", "La Villa Strangiato", "YYZ", "Red Sector A", "The Trees" e "Secret Touch" já que essas faixas já tinham saído no DVD Rush in Rio. Este set-list modificado pode ser ouvido tanto no DVD quanto no CDs da edição de luxo. "Red Sector A" viria a ser lançada no Snakes & Arrows Live DVD, e "Secret Touch" na compilação Retrospective 3 (DVD) em 3 de Março de 2009.

"Der Trommler" é um solo de bateria de Neil Peart e "R30 Overture" é um medley instrumental de várias canções antigas do Rush, com flashes da história da banda aparecendo em segundo plano. A canção "Between the Wheels" não tinha sido tocada ao vivo pela banda desde a década de 1980. Este concerto apresenta também diversas canções do álbum Feedback. É um verdadeiro marco na história de sucesso do pwer trio canadense.
